★★★★☆ Good, not great
Enjoyable and well written. Not quite what I expected from the description, but I'd read more by Lena Kovacs.
Tom H. · Feb 21, 2026 · Verified buyer★★★★★ Absolutely loved it
I picked this up on a whim and finished it in two sittings. Pip and the Midnight Kite is warm, sharp and beautifully paced.
Carlos M. · Aug 24, 2026 · Verified buyer★★★★☆ Stayed with me
I keep thinking about the ending. Lena Kovacs has a real gift for the small, true detail.
Isla F. · May 8, 2026 · Verified buyer★★★★★ Worth every page
A thoughtful, well-crafted audiobook. The last third is the best thing I've read this year.
